One week from tonight we’ll be performing in front of our first preview audience! Last night the musicians came to rehearsal, and their sounds transported us beyond the walls of the space. It’s so great to have them with us, and reminded me of why Mozart’s music sends Salieri into a tailspin, equal parts ecstasy and pain.
We’ve had some great news in recent weeks – The Amadeus Project is co-sponsoring a Waterfire on Halloween Night, in association with Johnson & Wales University, which has helped us every step of the way. We also received a generous sponsorship from Centreville Bank. There was a big check and everything.
The set is being constructed, costumes are being gathered, musicians are tuning and actors are digging in. Previews are Halloween weekend – Oct 29, 30 and Nov 1. Check out the ticket page for details.
